Attorney; college administrator. Graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder: BA 1952, LLB 1955. Known as H. H. "Bud" Arnold, he held a management position with the Colorado Fuel & Iron Corporation, and later various positions with the University of Colorado Associated Alumni (President, from 1964 to 1965), the University of Colorado Development Office, and the Board of Regents of the University of Colorado (Secretary to the Board, from 1973 to 1992). Awarded the University's Robert L. Sterns Award in 1980. U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
