Frank Slipko, 62, retired coal miner and Smoke Run resident, died at 9:55 p.m. yesterday, June 30, in the Philipsburg State General Hospital.

He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge at Madera.

Born at Smoke Run Jan 28 1906 a son of the late Mike and Helen (Schoige) Slipko he is survived by three brothers and three sisters: John, New York City; Charles, George and Mrs. John (Kathryn) Garbinsky, Ambridge; Mrs. Samuel (Mary) Mashongmek, Rockaway Park NY and Mrs. Thomas (Eve) Tasharick, Warren.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Burnovsky Funeral Home at Ramey at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at Ramey. Friends may call in the funeral home from 7-9 pm today and from 2-4 and 5-10 p.m. tomorrow. Parastas will be sung in the funeral home at 8 p.m. tomorrow. (The Progress, Clearfield, PA July 1, 1968)
