Florence, the little 11 months' old child of James and Martha Chipps, of this place, died on last Monday afternoon. It had been a sufferer from some disease, unknown to the physicians of this place, since its birth, and had wasted away until it was nothing byr skin and bones. At its death it did not weigh to exceed 3 or 4 pounds.
