LURAY - Margaret V. "Boggie" Beach, 86, of Luray died Monday evening at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.
Miss Beach and her late sister, Grace, operated a tourist home in Luray for 32 years.
She was born Nov. 30, 1902, in Luray and was a daughter of the late John Ambrose and Margaret Ann Hockman Beach.
Miss Beach was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and the Senior Citizens Club.
Surviving are a great-niece, Lucille Christopherson of Leesburg, whom Miss Beach and her sister raised from infancy.
A funeral will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church by the Rev. Nick Eichelberger. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery at Luray.
The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Page Memorial Hospital or St. Mark's Lutheran Church, the family said.
