Dale Doshier passed away on Friday December 9,2005 at the age of 59 yrs.of age, in Elk City,Oklahoma. He was born to W.Arthur and Beulah"Loyd" Doshier in Elk City,Oklahoma.
His funeral was on Tuesday December 13,2005 at Martins Funeral Home Chapel.With Rev. T.D.Gifford, officiating.Interment was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Martins.

He graduated Merritt High School May,1965.He left for basic training right after.In August of 1965 he came home for leave and he married Linda Maltby of Elk City,Ok.And soon left to Fort Knox ,Ky to complete training.He served his country from 1964-1970 In the National Guard where he recieved many honors.Left in 1970 with an Honorable Discharge.

When he came back from basic training he operated the Doshiers Westside Phillips 66.With the exception of a short time they lived in Oklahoma City,after their first son Randy was killed in 1968 they moved back to Elk City,where they lived most of their married life.

He worked for the Elk City School system for a few years and the oilfield, also was a security guard for several years.He had worked with the Elk City Police Department in the 70's and Sayre Prison and presently he was employed with Weatherford Casing.

But most of all he enjoyed doing things with his family.He loved to fish and to go camping.
Everyone he talked to said he was so kind and would help them anyway he could .He was a very faithful and Christian man ,a great father and loving husband.He was baptised in the Assembly of God Church.Where he had taught Royal Rangers and Sunday School years before.
He was preceded in death by his parents,two sons Randy and Timmy,one brother Carlos Doshier.
He is survived by his wife Linda of the home ,one son Brian ,and one brother Mike Doshier of Oklahoma City,Oklahoma, one sister-in-law Rose and his mother-in-law Cora Maltby,many nieces and nephews,and special friends.
