As of February 1999 there were seven stones still visible in the Bray cemetery.

He married Anna Wilburn (Russell) Bray in 1888 in Christian County Missouri and who was the mother of his five children. Sometime between 1897 and 1900, He was committed to the Missouri State Insane Asylum Number Three in Nevada, Vernon COunty, Missouri where he died in 1906. Between 1900 and 1903, Frank and Anna divorced.
