Earmest Earl Baker 71,of Texarkana, Ark died Sunday December 14,2003 at his home. Mr. Baker was born December 15,1931 in Joplin, Mo. He was a roofing contractor and a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle.

He was preceaded in death by one son, Chuck Santell Baker and one daughter, Sandy Dion Baker.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Ruth Baker of Texarkana; six sons, Gary Lee Baker of Granbury, Texas; Frank Matthew Baker of Dallas; and Larry Earl Baker, Steve Leroy Baker, Gary Santell Baker and Bubba Baker of Texarkana; seven daughters, Ernestine Kelly, Debbie Kay Stanley, and Betty Louise Young of Texarkana; Ramona Lynn Boyce and Tracy Louise Boyce of Athens, Texas; Linda Fay Curry of Forgan, Okla; and Penny Gail June Davis of Stratford, Okla; one brother, Isaac Baker; 47 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Full Gospel Tabernacle with the Rev. Jimmy Atkins officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens, under direction of East Funeral Home, downtown. 12-16-2003.
