Mother Miltenberger taught at several Sacred Heart schools and was the treasurer for the St Louis Vicariate (province of the Society of the Sacred Heart). Mother Miltenberger died at the age of eighty a much loved and respected religious. She was initially buried in the Sacred Heart Convent Cemetery in St Charles, MO, but her remains were later transferred to the RSCJ plot at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, St Louis.
