Chickasha, OK-Scott Beller, 50, of Purcell and Rocky Joe Beller, 47, of Goldsby died at the scene when the single engine 1969 Piper PA-28 Rocky Joe Beller was flying crashed near Chickasha about 10:45 p.m.

A double funeral service for Calvin Scott Beller, 50, of Washington and his cousin, Rocky Beller, was held Dec. 14, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Moore. A private family interment followed the services at the Washington Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell. Mr. Beller passed away Friday, December 9, 2011 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He was born on November 3, 1961 in Norman, Okla. He was the second child of four children born to John Calvin Beller and Shirley Ann (Murnan) Beller. Scott grew up in the Washington and Goldsby communities. He attended the Washington schools and graduated with the class of 1980. While in school he played football and was in FFA. On June 2, 1984, in Chatham, Massachusetts, Scott married Pam Rollins. Together they raised three children while living and working in the Washington and Goldsby area. Scott attended the Washington First Baptist Church and was an avid Washington High School sports fan and athletic booster. Scott was known as "The Voice of the Washington Warriors." For many years, he had been the announcer at all the Washington football, basketball and baseball games. Scott loved being outdoors where he enjoyed coaching his son's little league football team and his daughter's softball teams. When he was younger, Scott enjoyed spending time at the lake with his family. In his later years he enjoyed riding his motorcycle. For many years Scott worked for his parents at C & S Heating and Air in Goldsby. For the past 7 years he was a co-owner of the Goldsby Store and president and co-owner of a geothermal distributing company "Air Products Supply." He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Shirley Beller. He is survived by his wife, Pam Beller of the home; three children, Ryan Allyce Beller, John Caleb Beller and Bailey Brooke Beller, all of the home; one brother, Darrin Beller and wife, Whitney, of Washington; two sisters, Cindy Andrews and husband, Lawnie, of Goldsby and Robyne Cox and husband, Larry, of Goldsby; mother-in-law, Arveda Rollins of Lexington; brother-in-law, Todd Rollins of Lexington; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Washington High School Athletic Department.
