WARNER.
Warner postoffice is about 65 miles north-east of San Diego, situated on Warner's Ranch, about three miles from Warner's hot springs on the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation. It is a cattle range, surrounded on all sides by mountains. The valley contains about 30,000 acres of fine land. The hot springs, which are noted for their curative qualities are under the control of the Indians who have built bath houses and many adobe cottages to rent to summer visitors. There are many of these hot springs where the water comes out hot enough to boil eggs.
