Marion Ray Hamlin, 67, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Monday May 5, 2003 in the V.A. Medical Center. He was born March 24, 1936 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Kelsey and Mary Thacker Hamlin. He was a retired sheet metal worker and served in the 814th Apron of the Air Force. He was preceded in death by one sister Ruth Hamlin; one brother Dave Hamlin; one granddaughter Bridget Hamlin. He is survived by his wife, Delores Hamlin of Chesapeake, Ohio; two sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Vickie Hamlin of Kitts Hill, Ohio and Jerry and Bunnie Hamlin of South Point, Ohio; one grandson Justin Hamlin; two brothers and one sister John Hamlin, Ray Hamlin, and Freda Adkins. Graveside service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV by Rev. Sammy Cooke.
