The graves are unmarked now but they were previously marked with headstones. John and Charlotte are surrounded by the rest of their family members. My grandfather remembers where they were buried as his mother had shown it to him many times over the years. Our family owns most of the vacant spaces surrounding John and Charlotte.

John married his 1st cousin, Charlotte Ryals, on 22 Jan 1882 in Dodge County, Georgia.

John is the son of Amie Hasseltine Burch and William Jasper Buchanan.

Charlotte is the daughter of Ann Jane Burch and Thomas Jefferson Ryals.

Sisters, Amie and Ann Jane, are the daughters of Reuben Flournoy Burch and Charlotte Cadwell.
