SLATON- Funeral services for Dock T. Boyd, 82 who died in a Lubbock convalescent home at 4 A.M. Thursday, will be conducted at 11 A.M. Saturday in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel here.
Boyd was a retired farmer and swimming pool operator here. The Rev. Ted Gaze, pastor of the Baptist Church, will officiate at services. Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Jewel Smith, Lubbock and a sister-in-law, Ola Boyd, Dallas.
Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery here under direction of Williams Funeral Home.
