Bernard J. McCarroll, 64, of 2 Morton St., Danbury, husband of Frances (Gustems) McCarroll, died June 18 at Danbury Hospital.
He was born Jan. 17, 1937, in Danbury, a son of the late John and Leona (Levigne) McCarroll.
He was a graduate of New Milford High School and served in the U.S. Navy in the early 1960s. Mr. McCarroll was a longtime Risdon Corp. employee, retiring after 30 years of service.
Besides his wife, Mr. McCarroll is survived by a stepson, Richard Blankenship of Danbury; a stepdaughter, Deborah D�Amico of New Fairfield; two brothers, Philip McCarroll and Paul McCarroll, both of New Milford; four sisters, Patricia Martin of Florida, Jeanne Hulton of New Milford, Anne Adams of Bristol and Mary D'Emilio of New Milford; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, today (Friday) at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery in Danbury
