"John Calvin Colebank, 54, of Route 3, Turner Road, Grafton, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at home. He was born Dec. 31, 1944, in Grafton, son of the late George Calvin and Ada J. Lantz Colebank. He was a social worker and alcohol and drug counselor with Valley Health Care in Morgantown. He earned his bachelor's degree from Fairmont State College and his master's in social work from WVU, and was a member of West Virginia Drug and Alcohol Counselors and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Diana J. Barnes Colebank; a son, Michael C. Colebank, at home; a daughter, Mary Frances Colebank, of Provo, Utah; and a sister, Frances Laulis, of Grafton. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Charles 'Troy' Colebank and David John Colebank, and a sister, Jean Ann Colebank. Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13. Burial will be in Bluemont Cemetery."
