Wayland, Jan. 26 - Mrs. Minera Nolan Bortle, wife of Raymond Bortle of Webster Crossing died Tuesday in Wayland Hospital after a long illness. She was 44 years old.
Survivors are her husband; three sons, William Bortle of Dansville; Francis and Roy Bortle of Webster Crossing; four daughters, Mrs. Regina Lawrence, Mrs. Goldia LaBar and Miss Minerva Bortle of Dansville and Mrs. Esther Henry of Webster Crossing; two brothers, Jacob and Leo Hoffman of Springwater; a sister, Mrs. Carolyn Beechner of Bath; seven grandchildren.
The body is at the family home where prayer service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. followed by services at 2:30 in the Webster Crossing Methodist Church. The Rev. Walter Barger will officiate and burial will be in Erwin Cemetery at Webster Crossing.
