Earl was born to parents Azarias and Anna (Vardner) Arpin.

Earle married Marion Lois Vardner. They had six children who had a wonderful childhood, on a shoestring budget. He worked for Electric Boat in Groton, Conn. as a welder. Later he worked for Idaho National Laboratory. He loved being outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping.
Earl is survived by his wife, Marion; daughters, Sandra and Deborah Arpin; sons, Earl (June) Arpin Jr. , Alfred (Teresa) Arpin and Michael (Vickie) Arpin ; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister and a son, Thomas.
