Jean Boal, 74, of Fenelton, died Tuesday, February 16, 1999, at the Butler Memorial Hospital. Born February 10, 1925 in Sagamore, she was the daughter of the late William and Isabelle (Barker) Waddell. She was a 1942 graduate of Worthington-West Franklin High School, Worthington, Pa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theron Boal, who died in 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fenelton United Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Gary Boal of Los Angeles, Calif., and Brenda Boal of Fenelton; and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Rube and Robert. BOAL - Friends of Jean Boal, who died Feb. 16, 1999, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Worthington. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Sharon Schwab, pastor of the Fenelton United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
