MILLERSBURG- Mrs. Mary E. Laudenslager, 87, of 990 Medical Road, formerly of Small Valley Road, Halifax, died Saturday, April 16th, 2005 at Susquehanna Lutheran Village, Upper Paxton Twp., PA.
Mrs. Laudenslager was born in Halifax, PA on July 20, 1917, the daughter of the late Samuel and Frances I. (Batdorf) Lentz.
She was a member of Straws Church Halifax. She was a loving mother and homemaker all her life.
She was the widow of George F. Laudenslager.
Mary is survived by 3 Sons, James Laudenslager of Kernersville, N.C., Richard Laudenslager of Millersburg., Lee Laudenslager of Halifax; 5 Daughters, Mary Sheesley of Halifax., Faye Crosson of Paxton , Marian Klinger of Halifax, Sara Buffington of Millersburg, Carol Oxenrider of Millersburg, 2 Step Daughters, Lois Owens of Winburne, Patricia Morgan of Philipsburg; 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
7 Step Grandchildren; 10 Step Great Grandchildren; 2 Step Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, George and 2 brothers, Galen and Russell Lentz.
Graveside services for family and friends will be held at Fairview Enders Cemetery, Halifax, at 10 AM on Thursday, April 21st, with Rev. Ray Hackett officiating.
No viewing or visitation.
