Census: 1880, age 2 Carthage, Jasper county, Missouri with parents, on south Garrison avenue.

Raised and educated at Carthage, graduated from Central School, Class of 1896 with Westley "Wes" Halliburton and Thomas Howard Boggess. The class presented the program, which included a student welcome by Alta Cannon, piano solos by Elizabeth Hill, Rosine Deutsch and Nellie Baynham and orations or declamations by Westley Halliburton, Bessie Baker, Melva Hughes, Thomas H. Boggess, Bertha Clark, Edna Gladden, Hattie Sewall and Frank T. Coffin. Coffin was the first honor student.

She summered in Colorado and wintered in Texas with parents.

Census: 1900, age 21 Marion township, Jasper county, Missouri with parents in Harrington Hotel at 203 east Third street.

Her husband and his brother-in-law, Henry Arthur Guettel, developed in 1888 the most successful Palace Clothing Company, with stores at Topeka and Emporia in Kansas, Kansas City and Saint Joseph, in Missouri.

Considerable amount of material regarding the Palace Clothing company is gathered at Kansas City Public Libray's Missouri Valley Special Collections.

Census: 1920, age 41 Kansas City, Jackson county, Missouri with husband & daughter, housed at Muelbach Hotel 12th and Baltimore streets.

Census: 1930, age 51 Kansas City, Jackson county, Missouri with husband, mother and a host of servants, at 4500 Warwick Boulevard.

Census: 1930, age 51 Tuscon, Pima county, Arizona with husband.

Her daughter, Ruth Aline Hirsch, provided vital information at husbands 1948 death while all were residing at 420 east Armour Boulevard, Kansas City.

Death: in Kansas City, Jackson county, Missouri.

Mother: Rachel Morris b: 4 APR 1855 Sacramento, Sacramento county, California.
