Born in the hamlet of Polpeor, the daughter of Thomas and Joan (Ninnes) Uren. She was christened 27 Jul 1746. She married John Glasson of Ludgvan on 26 December 1770, and they settled in Polpeor and raised ten children. She died at Polpeor and was buried 28 May 1827.
