EVELYN LEGGETT, 79, of Spring Hill died Monday at HCA Oak Hill Hospital. A native of Plant City, she moved to this area in 1979 from Largo. She was a homemaker and a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, William; a son, Stephen Raymond New of Rockville, Md.; a daughter, Judith Elaine (New) Rice of Beverly Hills; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
