She was the beloved wife of Captain John D. Bowman.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, she came to the United States in 1953. She lived in Springfield, Yardley, and West Chester before moving to Ware Presbyterian Village.
She was a seamstress, enjoyed gardening, and had a special loving bond with animals.
She is survived by her son, David (Eileen) Bowman of Aston, PA; two daughters, Rita (Tom) Brown of Kountze, TX, and Tanya (Rick) Gray of Quarryville, PA; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services are private.
