Teacher at Blairstown Elementary School Doris R. Hausamann, 92, of Frelinghuysen Township, NJ, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 23rd. Born: in Preakness, NJ, a daughter of the late Charles and Clara Hartley Roat. Personal: Mrs. Hausamann was a graduate of Trenton State College, where she received her Bachelor s Degree, and Montclair State College where she received her Masters Degree. She was a retired Elementary School teacher and had been employed by both the Wayne and Blairstown Township School Districts. Memberships: She was a member of the Preakness Reformed Church in Wayne, NJ. Survivors: Mrs. Hausamann is survived by her loving family, three stepdaughters, Clara Matthews, Margaret Kennedy, and Ann Stankiewicz; three nephews, Arthur, Oakley, and Richard Winters; a niece, Ellen Bellamente; and extended family, Michelle and John Moyer and children, Renee, and Sarah. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Hausamann in 1993; and a sister, Eliner Winters. Services: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 1, at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Rt. 94, Blairstown, NJ. Visitation is one hour prior to service from 9 to 10 a.m. Interment in Preakness Reformed Church Cemetery, Wayne, NJ.
