Joyce Faye Bunch, 79, Excelsior Springs, MO., passed away Sunday,November 27, 2011 at the Kindred Hospital Northland in Kansas City, MO.
Mrs. Bunch was born November 3, 1932, in Excelsior Springs, MO., daughter of Glenn W. and Rose M ( Wendell ) Craven. She married Raymond "Buddy" Bunch in May of 1951; he preceded her in death in 1988.
Mrs. Bunch worked for the City of Excelsior, later retiring from the Town and Country Leader. She was a member of the Rock Falls Baptist Church in Orrick, MO.,and a member of the Excelsior Springs Hospital Auxiliary.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond "Buddy" Bunch, her parents, Glenn W. and Rose M. Cravens; a grandson, Ryan Bunch and an infant sister.
Survivors include: daughter Barbara Danner and her husband Mike of Lawson MO; two sons, Buddy Bunch and his wife Kerri of Excelsior Springs, Bobby Bunch and his fiance Lynn of Richmond MO; brother, Jim Craven of Excelsior Springs; ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, MO. Funeral services will be at 10am, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the Rock Falls Baptist Church in Orrick, MO. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery.
