Mrs. Sarah Ann McCoy was born in Miami County,Ohio, June 6, 1844, and died Nov. 14, 1926. She was married to Samuel A. Bailor, Jan. 8, 1865. To this union ten children were born: Mary Elizabeth, Samuel Morton, Sarah Ellen, Jacob Calvin, Lydia Ann, George W., Albert P., Alma A., Charles O., and Wilbur G. Two are deceased, Calvin and Charles O. Mr. Bailor passed away in 1916. Besides the surviving children of the family are a sister, Mrs. Anna Lamson, of Rensselaer; 23 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Bailor was a charter member of the Mulberry Methodist church.

The funeral service was conducted at the church Wednesday afternoon by Pastor Claypool. Two of the children, Mrs. Lydia Buck and Wilbur Bailor, were not able to be here.
