Was from Lorraine, France. Immigrated into the U.S. in 1852.
Married Mary Eveline Morrison on Feb. 19, 1863 in Macoupin County, Illinois.
Had 8 daughters and 4 sons, only 1 of the sons survived to adulthood. In addition to the children linked below, they were the parents of Bennie Emmett Barrow (1872-1873 while they were living in Christian County, ILL but I have not yet found his burial site).
Lived in Christian County, Illinois from at least 1870 until his death.
