Ray L. Specht, 67, Fairbury, passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, in Lincoln. He was born Dec. 28, 1943, at Swanton to Ralph and Alma Anderson Specht. He is survived by his wife, Marge, of Fairbury. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairbury, with Pastor Charles Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the Fairbury Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to family's choice. Family will greet friends from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home in Fairbury is in charge of arrangements.
