He was born at Abingdon, Illinois in 1896, and married Verna Cline there in 1916. She survives with one son, william B. Brock Jr. of San Bernardino, California; three daughters, Mrs. Rowena E. Fundenberger and Mrs. Betty King, both of Fontana and mrs. Eileen Johnson, Glendale, California; three brothers, James and Glenn of Abingdon, Illinois, and Claude of Galesburg, Illinois; three sisters Mrs. Ida Simpson of Monmouth, Illinois, Mrs. Nina Norman of Phoeniz, Arizonia and Mrs. Blondelle Kaseman of Wayne, Pa; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Fontana.
