Toledo Blade Obituary published February 8, 1954 reads:
CONSTANTINE (Gus) BRESKE, 61, of 15579 Lulu Rd., Petersburg Michigan, a retired vegetable stand and greenhouse operator, died last night in the home of his sister, Mrs. Julia Hahn of Detroit, after a one-week illness.
Mr. Breske was born in Maumee. He operated greenhouses and vegetable stands in Dorr St. for many years. Later, for 16 years, until his retirement, a year ago, he was employed in a greenhouse at Elyria Ohio.
Other survivors are a son, Raymond of Toledo; brothers, Joseph Brescol of Toledo; William Breske of Whiteford Center Michigan and Theodore Breske of Petersburg Florida; also 3 grandchildren.
The body will be in the Frank Gasiorowski Mortuary after 7 tonight.
