Funeral Services for Mrs. Cora Elizabeth Garrett, 91, of Bryan, were held today at 2 p.m. in the Hillier Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverends Bob Owens and Jack Mitchell of Second Baptist Church in College Station Officiated.

Burial followed in Rest Ever Memorial Park.

Mrs. Garrett was born July 28, 1887, in Alabama.
.
She had lived in Brazos County for the past 34 years. She was a housewife and a Baptist. She died Monday morning in a local hospital.
.
Survivors include five sons, Robert C. Garrett of Route 2, Bryan; Henry Garrett and Pete Garrett, both of Bryan; John Garrett of Ft. Worth and Roy Garrett of Victoria; one daughter, Mrs. Leola Todd of Route 3, Bryan; 26 grandchildren 53 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
