Age 78, of Richfield, formerly of S. Mpls., passed away peacefully 11/4/06. Preceded in death by wife, Monica Ann and first wife, Marcella; parents, Elliot and Grace and brother, Duane. Elliot successfully defended himself in front of the MN Supreme Court, and received a unanimous decision in 1965. Taught Math at De La Salle H.S. in the 1950's and worked as a computer programmer at Sperry for many years. Active in the DFL pro-life caucus. He was the 1955 MN State Chess Champion. Army vet during the Korean era.
