Joe's death certificate states he was in Cannon Co., for only 3 weeks when he died; that his usual place of residence was in Sebring, Highland Co., Florida.
He married 27 November 1895, DeKalb Co., TN to Sarah Viola "Viola" MULLINAX, daughter of James MULLINAX and Arminta Caroline (or Catherine) FUSTON. They had three known daughters:
