Margaret Frances McWilliams Blais, 89, of Greenville, S.C., died Wednesday, October 8, 2008.

Born in Walker County, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Reno and Elizabeth Guille McWilliams. She was a special education teacher and an elder of John Knox Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Henry L. Blais and David A. Blais; her daughter-in-law, Deloris Wilson-Blais.

Frances gave her heart and soul to teaching Special Education. She loved each and every child she welcomed into her classroom. She loved each and every friend of her entire life.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 12, 2008, at 3 p.m. at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 35 Shannon Drive, Greenville, SC 29615. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Spearhead, 4806 Old Spartanburg Road, Taylors, SC 29687 or John Knox Presbyterian Church, 35 Shannon Drive, Greenville, SC 29615.
