Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Sivert-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Sumner. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery near Claremont.
Wendy was born on March 9, 1985, the daughter of Christie (Piper) Cessna and Tim Tracy. Her legal father is Galen Price.
She attended Red Hill High School and became a certified nurse's assistant through Lincoln Trail College in Robinson. She had worked as a CNA since the age of 16.
Wendy is survived by her mother, Christie Cessna, of Vincennes, Ind.; father, Galen Price, of Olney; maternal grandparents, Daniel and Thelma Piper, of Bridgeport; an aunt, Dawn Crackel and her husband, Craig, and a cousin, Sami-Lyn Crackel, all of Olney; paternal great-grandmother, Pansy Carroll, of Olney; and many loving great-aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tim Tracy, great-
grandfather, Raymond Hayes, great-uncles, Kenny Hayes and Bill Piper, and a host of other loving relatives.
