"May" Korando was born Aug. 22, 1898, in Randolph County, Arkansas, to Felix E. and Darcus Casey Mock. Her siblings include Bertha Armstrong of Biggers, Ark., Paula Hollaway of West Memphis, Ark., Louis Mock and Raymond Mock, both of Biggers, Ark., Jack Mock of Memphis, Tenn., and Elmer Mock of Birmingham, Mich.
She married Albert F. Korando on November 18, 1934, in Venice.
Mrs. Korando died at the age of 80 at St. Bernard Hospital, Jonesboro, Arkansas, after a long illness.
