She was born in Millen and lived most of her life in Savannah. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church for the past 27 years and was in the Adult Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her son, James W. Parrott and her sister, Gladys C. Newton.
Survivors: sons, John Quenton Parrott of Chambersburg, VA and Oren Marvin Parrott, Jr. of Atlanta; daughters, and son-in-law, Sybil P. and Charlie Lauder of Savannah and Patricia Parrott of Savannah.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p. m. Monday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel.
Funeral: 10:00 a. m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Bible Baptist Church. Burial: Bonaventure Cemetery.
