VERNON — Dewey L. Hite, 82, of Vernon died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011, in Wichita Falls.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Fox officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Mr. Hite served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Vernon Fire Department and was owner of Hite Insulation.
Survivors include wife, Jean Hite of the home; two daughters, Brenda Hill of Rowlett, Texas, Pam Gosline of Crowell, Texas; one son, Brian Dunson of Vernon; two sisters, Joan Hite of Vernon, Doris Hudson of Altus, Okla.; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Wilbarger County Human Society or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
