Mrs. Rebecca E. Reed, a lifelong resident of Dudley, and widow of Allen Reed, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Fisher, of 1334 N. Second street, Harrisburg, on Saturday afternoon.
At the time of death Mrs. Reed was aged 70 years.
Surviving to mourn her passing are her daughter, Mrs. Fisher at whose home she died, five brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The body will arrive in Dudley on Tuesday, December 21, 1937, and friends may call at the Reed home on Tuesday evening.
Funeral services will be held at the Dudley Methodist Episcopal Church on Wednesday afternoon, December 22, 1937, at 1:30 o'clock. The Rev. Frank W. Lawson will officiate. Interment will be made in the Dudley cemetery, Brown's funeral service.
