Ludmilla A. (Lula) Praska, daughter of Frank Praska and Marie Kobliska, was born November 12, 1901, in Howard County, Iowa. She died June 12, 1990, aged 88 years and 7 months, at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Elma, Iowa, which she had entered in September 1989, and burial was in the Holy Trinity Church Cemetery in Protivin, Iowa.

On October 20, 1925, Lula was united in marriage to Leonard J. Pecinovsky in Protivin. He was born September 8, 1903 and died May 8, 1987 in Protivin, Iowa., aged 83 years and 8 months and was probably buried in the Holy Trinity Church Cemetery in Portivin. Services for Lula A. Pecinovsky, 88, were held at 10:30 a.m. June 15 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Protivin. Fr. Allen M. Schmidt officiated with interment in the church cemetery. Arrangements were with Conway Funeral Home.

Lula died at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Elma on June 12, 1990, having entered the home in September 1989.

Pecinovsky of Protivin; three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Pecinovsky of Calmar, Mrs. Leonard (Ann) Recker of Alta Vista and Mrs. Gary (Diane) Stejskal of Oelwein; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. A sister, Mary Hosek, of Protivin and a brother, William Praska, of Cresco also survive.

Her husband preceded her in death on May 8, 1987; she was also preceded by her parents, a son, four brothers, Louis, Joseph, James and Frank; a sister, Anna Novak and five grandchildren.
