Mrs. Alonzo (Margaret Comstock) Middleton, formerly of the Fort Scott area, died Wednesday, June 7, 1978 at Independence, Mo. She was the daughter of Mack and Edna Smith Comstock. Surviving are the husband; a son, Charles William Middleton of Denton, Pa; two daughters: Mrs. Jack (Lou Ann) Foreman and Mrs. Jim (Marilyn) Tucker of Independence, Mo; six grandchildren; three brothers: Smith Comstock of Hamilton City, Calif; Leo Comstock of Redfield, Ks; and Mack Comstock of Fort Scott; two sisters: Mrs. Eunice Clark of Uniontown and Mrs. Thorea Jane Ramsey of Wewoka, Okla. Burial was in Mt. Washington Memorial Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo.
