Gertrude O. Henderson, 93, of Colorado City died Thursday, March
8, 1990 at Valley Fair Lodge.

Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Jon Farris officiating. Burial was in Colorado City
Cemetery.

She was born May 16,1889 in Polk County. She was a member of
St. Luke United Methodist Church. She married John D. Henderson in
1905 in Livingston. He preceded her in death in February, 1974.

Survivors include four daughters, Violet West of Angleton, Ruth
Crabtree of Angleton, Lucille McEwen of Modesta, Calif, and Myrle
Downs of Pineville, La.; a son, Anson Henderson of Westbrook; 12
grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Sam Odon, Ralph Hines, Bass Hines, A.K. Sheffield, W.H. Burton and Howard Burton.
