Harold H. Baughman, 91, died Tuesday, July 31, 2001.
A life resident of Norton, he was an active member at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Doylestown, where he was the custodian for 73 years, and also held many offices. He retired in 1970 from Seiberling Rubber, where he also held a variety of positions. He was a volunteer fireman and charter member of the Norton Fire Department.
Preceded in death by parents, William and Edith Baughman; several stepbrothers; wife, Inez Baughman; son, Jack Baughman and daughters-in-law, Marlene Baughman and Vicki Baughman. Surviving are son, Jerry L. Baughman of Barberton; grandchildren, Dwayne (Grace) Baughman, Brenda (Paul) Barnes, Alan (Jill) Baughman, Janel and Jill Baughman; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m. at Emanuel United Church of Christ, Rev. James D. Edwards officiating. Burial at Emanuel Church Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, and one hour prior to service at the church. Memorials may be made to the church.
