Services for Theodore M. Wiles, 81, of 1511 Aurora Ave, who died Thursday of cancer at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Highland Park Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mr.Wiles was born in Adel and lived in Des Moines since 1921. He retired in 1970 as a foreman at Sarcone Printing in Des Moines. He Was a member of the Highland Park Presbyterian Church and a 50-year member of the Des Moines Typographical Union.
Survivors include his wife, Murl; a stepdaughter, Begie Hefner of Des Moines; a stepson, Robert Allen of Heron Lake, Minn.; rive grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Highland Park Funeral Home.
