Mrs. Minnie Henderson
Services for Mrs. Minnie H. Henderson, 78, of Valley Falls, formerly of Topeka, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Wall-Diffenderfer chapel with burial in Mount Hope cemetery. She will lie in state at the mortuary until the time of the services. She died Friday night in the Jefferson county Memorial hospital at Winchester.
Mrs. Henderson was born June 2, 1880, in Topeka and was a resident here until 1952, when she moved to Sheridan, Wyo. Recently she had been living in Valley Falls with her daughter, Mrs. Bertha Malm. Mrs. Henderson was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church in Topeka.
Besides her daughter, survivors include two sons, William J. Henderson of route 1 and Robert J. Henderson of 710 East Thirty-second; two stepsons, Samuel Henderson of Wakarusa and John Henderson of route 7; a sister, Mrs. Rose Feist of 915 North van Buren; 18 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
