Mrs. Anna M. Deck, the highly esteemed wife of Albert Deck, died at her home near Halfway Tuesday noon, at the Good Samaritan hospital from the effects of an operation. She was ill but three days and her sudden demise was a shock to her many friends. Deceased was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Stouchsburg, and was very highly thought of. Her survivors are her husband Albert, and a daughter, Mrs. Howard Rabold, Lebanon; and these sons, Harvey, at Halfway; Morris and Robert, at home. Besides a brother Adam Elliott, Mt. Pleasant, and a sister, Mrs. Harvey Brandt, of Lebanon. Isaac N. Behney, of Myerstown, is the funeral director.
