Mrs. Martha Bullock age 67, of Mt.Vernon died Wednesday September 21, 2011 at her home after a long illness. She was born on February 23, 1944 in Berea, KY the daughter of the late Arthur and Fannie Mae Emmert Dixon. She was a retired employee of Eastern Kentucky University, enjoyed crocheting, gardening, canning vegetables, and was a member of the Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors are: her husband; Donnie Bullock of Mt.Vernon. One son; Greg Dixon of Mt.Vernon. Two sisters; Julie Martin, and Grace Evans both of Mt.Vernon. Two grandchildren; Shane Dixon and wife Donna of Mt.Vernon, and Larry Dixon and wife April of Richmond. One great grandchild Lizzie Dixon also survives. She was preceded in death by; three brothers; Joseph, Henry, and George Dixon, by four sisters; Elsie Banks, Edith Boston, Stella Sheldt, and Mable Roe, and by one grandson; Steven Michael Dixon.
