In 1799 Charles Vincent was located in Manheim, Columbia Co., New York; then he moved to Milford, Otsego Co., New York; in 1817 he was in Cortland and/or Truxton, Cortland Co., New York; in 1822 he was in DeRuyter, Madison Co., New York. While in Madison Co., Charles owned six hundred acres of land and several lumber mills. He was elected Judge of Madison county and served as justice of the peace. By 1850 Charles had moved to his son's home where he lived his remaining years. He died in Lorain Co., Ohio.
