On Dec. 30, 1902 she was married to Vencil L. Yonda. The couple farmed in this community until the death of Mr. Yonda, Feb. 21, 1952. She continued to live with her son Paul on the family farm until ill health forced her to become a patient at a nursing home.
She passed away quietly at Our Lady of Lourdes Nursing home, Dubuque, the morning of January 27, 1964.
She is survived by two sons, and three daughters.
Burial was in St. Albert cemetery.
