He was preceded in death by his wife Alice L. Mark; his parents; his son Nile James Jacobs; and sisters Fern Davis and Ollie Cummings.
He is survived by his son Mark Jacobs and daughters Linda and Karlie. Mr. Jacobs had 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
